We strive to provide you with the highest quality plastic ware you can buy, and we take every measure to ensure that our products meet or exceed NSF and FDA standards.

Returns will be accepted within 90 days of purchase, but call or e-mail us first for your return authorization number. Returns made without a return authorization number will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused and in it's original carton or skid to be eligible for a return. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Whenever possible, Parade Plastics will work with you to arrange an exchange of your plastic ware – with the replacement guaranteed to match your expectations.
Shipping Policy
Parade Plastics works hard to bring you fine plastic ware. This is why our orders are usually shipped within two (2) business days of receipt. If we cannot fulfill an order immediately, we will notify of you of any shipping delays. If you require an expedited delivery, please use our UPS "overnight" option.
